You may not use our site or products for anything illegal or unauthorized, try to interfere with how the site works, or copy, resell or exploit any part of the site without our written permission. You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

Products and images

We do our best to show our products accurately. Some product photos are digital previews of how the finished item will look. Because items are printed or made to order, colors, print size and placement may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Sizes are listed in our Size Guide and fit can vary by style.

We may limit quantities, discontinue products or change product details at any time without notice.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Prices shown at checkout, including shipping and any taxes, are the final amount you pay. If an item is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or are placed in quantities we cannot fill. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Custom requests

If you ask us to add a name, change a color or make another special request, you confirm that you have the right to use anything you send us, such as text or images. We may decline any request that we believe infringes someone else's rights or is offensive. Custom items are final sale.

Our designs

All designs, artwork, logos, the Chocolate City Love Go-Go crest, text and images on this site belong to J Dubo or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use them without our written permission.

Third party services

Our store runs on Shopify, and payments, shipping and other services may be handled by third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to the services they provide. We are not responsible for third party websites linked from our site.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our site and products are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages that come from using our site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not be more than the amount you paid for that order.
